Heresy Armour Plasma Cannon Marine
Today, a brief update on the Heresy Armour (i.e. Mark V power armour) coupled with the Mars plasma cannon set. Here are the first two miniatures. They're not quite complete as I am yet to attach the (very fiddlesome) piping from the rear of the cannon to the lower portion of the backpack. More updates on this project to follow!
Dunno if you've worked with these pipes before, but I've just done 2 heavy boaters and their ammo feeds are similarly fiddly.
ReplyDeleteI did mine by gluing one end securely and heating the ammo feed and gently bending the other end into position
Yes -- I've done a few of these in my time. Gluing one end does seem to work well in conduction with (e.g.) a hairdryer. I've also toyed around with plunging them in glasses of boiling water, but the hairdryer does seem to be the better option.
